    Great company to build your career! Large resources with a small company environment.

    Cons

    Could improve communication between corporate and the field locations. More field visits

    Pros

    It used to be an enjoyable place to be several years ago before the corporate changes began and regions started being controlled by corporate.

    Cons

    Pay was horrible, no support from corporate. Your job is all about who you know and what they can do for you. Politics. Every employee is doing the work of 3-4 people and it isn't good enough for upper level management.

    Advice to Management

    Pay more money, unfreeze the raise hold, be KIND to your underpaid staff, provide support occasionally instead of tearing down your employees.

    Pros

    Great company to work for. Provides opportunity to learn a lot pertaining to Cisco and supporting products.

    Cons

    Underpaid...salaries are well below average.

    pay your people what they are worth, and they won't want to leave.

    Poor excuse for a HME company!! They have no clue what they are doing and treat employees poor. Huge turn over rate.

    I did not did any except the paycheck never bounced.

    Cons

    Management has no clue nor does anyone there. Alway restructuring and losing employees.

    Get someone to Lars the HME side that has successful history with running a medical equipment company and listen to them.

    Pros

    Happy, professional nursing team. 2 Medical Directors. 1 very busy APN. Director of Nursing listens to staff and is active in the care of the patients. Stable team, NO TURN OVER. If a position open it means that someone moved out of the area ,graduated APN school, or the patient census has grown that new positions are needed.

    Cons

    Headquarters loccated in the East. Sometimes there is a communication breakdown due to the time difference. Being the only office in the West, this office doesn't get reconition for some of the great accomplishments of the staff members.

    Regional management is ruled by petty, vindictive people, who are causing a high rate of turnover.

    Did love my job!! Company don't know what there doing anymore!!

    Cons

    Working with a bunch of liars!! And when you stop caring for you patients and wonting to help them your done you need to close all your doors your done!!

    Advice to Management

    Stop lying and telling your people your job is safe and 3 months later and you show up and let them go you have lost some great employees! Ps your closing your doors!! And don't even care!

    Pros

    Patients, Independence.Good relationships with coworkers

    Cons

    Low pay, Last minute changes to schedule. No continuing education pay or student loan pay. Hard to get supplies.

    Advice to Management

    Make decisions and stick to it. Back up your employees. Don't reword things to say what people want to hear and don't talk about possibilities in the future. Wait until advancement, raises,promotions are current then talk about it. Get more supplies.

    Patients and co workers wonderful.

    Cons

    No discussion between management and nurses. Poor pay. Belligerent CEO. She would actually call and curse at you over the phone.

    Classes. Independent contractor to make adjustments in environment.
