I have been working at McKesson

    Pros

Good work-life balance, hours are flexible, as long as you get your work done, you can use your hours as you like
Good benefits- being a healthcare company, they provide you with good benefits

    Cons

No growth (literally dead end jobs)
    Low pay
    Terrible management & decisions
Horrible work culture (blame games, office politics, etc.)
    High turnover

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Re-hire new & intelligent people in the company to drive growth & strategy
Older employees- making work culture toxic with their backwards thinking

I worked at McKesson full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Family-friendly working environment, flexible work hours, promote work-life balance

    Cons

Relative low pay in general, even though the senior management did not think so. No plan on resources. Senior management believed that everyone can be replaced by anyone else, in regardless of an employee's experience and learning curve. No matter how many years of experience one might have in the industry, if one does not have a certain skill/experience, McKesson might treat and pay you as a junior no matter what!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
