    Great place to work but...

Intermediate Business Analyst (Current Employee) Waterloo, ON

ProsGreat work-life balance, flexible time and workplace arrangement

ConsLot of red-tapes within. Promotion in the company is based on who you know and how you talk to senior management and not on how you perform. Lots of managers who does not even know what they're doing at all.

Advice to Senior ManagementValue all employees contribution to company. Do not overlook great employees over extrovert ones who only knows how to talk and present themselves but doesn't even know their job at all.
