    Pros

    Great business concept. Phenomenal doctors and staff. Great results and prices. Good patient care.

    Cons

    Owner is crazy. broke everything that worked (advertising, media, call center, consultants in the centers) and now business is a fraction of its original size.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The owner should have sold out years ago. Under previous management the company prospered. Since the owner forced out his competent managers and took over the company has failed. If you are still employed there you had best be looking for a new job!

    95% of the negative reviews I have read online are true. Please do NOT leave a job to work for this company or turn down other offers. They will interview and hire without disclosing the situation. Do your homework first.

    Hire QUALIFIED managers with health care experience not retail managers. Patients are people! Improve patient care and improve business overall!

    The company does an excellent job at training its employees.

    Cons

    There is a lot of unfair information on the internet to give the public the right idea about this company. I had a Lifestyle Lift and it truly changed my life. I had it before I came to work for them.

    Close the locations that are not making money.

    Pros

    Helping people who otherwise couldn't afford facial plastic surgery attain their dream of looking better.

    Cons

    This company grew too fast and didn't control the purse strings. Now innocent and hardworking employees are paying the price.

    Sell it before more people lose their jobs and benefits!

    I have been working at Lifestyle Lift full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Three years ago the company was doing well. Great salary and commission. The founder made some bad investments and now cannot pay their debt. As a result, the company has had to do lay offs, cannot afford the rent in their many locations nationwide. Most people that are current employees are just waiting for the company to close. The company that once was a great place to work turned into a sinking ship.

    Cons

    You have to lie to your patients to get their deposit in full. If they do not read the fine print on the contract. The company may not return 50% of the deposit if they cancel their surgery. It was $3,999 last year and due to the financial deficit of the company. Patients are now paying $9200 for a $5,ooo procedure.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hire managers that can handle the job. This manager had no clue what was going on. Very inexperienced.

    There are none.The company is having financial problems. lots of loyal employees have lots there jobs.

    Cons

    The consultants have to make quotas they are to sell something to every patient that walks through the door no matter what. Most people that come to lifestylelift do not know that it's a facelift. If you are an honest loyal person this is not the company for you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be honest loyal and compassionate to your patients and employees.Don't fire the consultant because they didn't make your quota. Your believe that everyone that walks though the door wants the lifestyle lift is not accurate you should try being a consultant for month see what obstacles the consultants have to overcom.
