    Great Company, amazing benefits

Ready-Mix Driver (Former Employee) Vancouver, BC

Good resources, but be wary of micro-managing

Quality Control (Former Employee) Toronto, ON

ProsHR is very with it; global network of people and resources; lots of opportunity to move within the company globally and locally; great health and safety initiatives; got to use all my experience and languages in my daily work

ConsManagers can be discouraging if you try to move within the organization; very hierarchical; seemed like they had more people doing the same jobs as my previous company (same industry); be wary of micro-managing

Advice to Senior ManagementEliminate the union-management adversarial culture/mindset; hire good people and let them do their job; address the polarized responses from the employee engagement survey

    Average organization

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsLots of learning opportunities. If you have high drive, nice place to work and start career.

ConsManagers need some training with respect to soft skills. A lot of the managers I dealt with were missing the soft skills necessary to retain younger engineers

Forget about moving up because it seems like they are set in their ways to pick their favourites.

ConsLots of travel, bureacracy, questionable international appointments. Undergoing radical changes and restruturing though.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop the restructuring!
