    Pros

good benifits , lots of experiance on different heavy equipment, opertunity to try new things. chance to work with lots of different people.

    Cons

some employees are treated different then other employees. foremans would sooner put more work on employees then have to do there job by getting the employee who was asked to do the job to do it.

    Advice to Management

if you are in the position you are it is up to you to do your job to the best of your ability. if you are afraid of confrintation you should maybe think about a different career. do not lie to the employees about what is going on, just tell them the truth so that way there can be no rumours or false thinking by the employees. thanks in advance.

    Pros

They do try to support best practices, a lot of surveys,at the same time a lot of red tape.

    Cons

They seem to have not listened to the small customer and put to many eggs in the big customers basket. There is a place there for another small supplier to get started. You could charge more money for prompt service, it costs small companies a lot of money to pay 4 or 5 guys to wait around to get service.

    Pros

The company was very generous with their employees (i.e. benefits, bonuses, cell phone, T&E card). When the times are good, it was nice for the employees.

    Cons

Unfortunately times were not always good and the company structure kept changing. I've survived three layoffs in the 7 years I was there, but didn't survive the fourth. At the time, the severance was also generous too.

    Pros

Pay and benefits were good at one time, but the company has been cutting them both for the past few years.

    Cons

Lack of integrity in managers all the way up the chain - they will cover up their corrupt ways and get rid of anyone who speaks up about them. If you've been with the company long enough to build up to a decent salary, they start looking at ways to replace you. They are constantly reorganizing, causing a disruptive work environment. They throw people into positions with absolutely no training and customers suffer from it. There is total lack of leadership. People are made to fear losing their jobs.

    Advice to Management

Clean house of managers with lack of integrity and those who don't give a damn about the workers that keep the company running.

  11. Horribly managed company that used to be top tier.

    Pros

Pay and benefits can be okay initially but performance isn't recognized or rewarded unless your a part of the "click"

    Cons

    Too many to list.

    Advice to Management

Clean house, pull your heads out of your rear ends and realize all good employees moral is as low as it's ever been.
