    ProsThe location were i was had a great team of supervisors and great co workers

    ConsMy on site kelly agent was more there to police us then inform us,Not one employee knew how vacation pay works or any of the company benefits...all the onsite kelly agent did was make sure we didnt miss work and look pretty...Oh wait not to mention they fired us and then called us back again and threatened not to give us unemployement if we didnt come back .4 employees total (highest stats plus 4 recognition certificates in 7 months myself alone)

    Advice to Senior Managementstop punishing good employees with more work and leaving the bad employees unatended

    Poor employee treatment, a meat grinder

    ProsGreat place to network in the oil and gas market. Great training programs online. Great locations to work from.

    ConsNo clear vision of what duties are. Rotating door of employees without any stability in team. Leadership is extremely poor at communicating direction and corporate vision. Loads of bullying and very territorial about commissions preventing good team work.

    Advice to Senior ManagementNeed to be clearer about team environment and getting people to work together. Engage employees more and give back to the team. So tight fisted with money that if I have to buy my own supplies you really need to examine your growth strategy.

    ProsYou get to work and make a small salary to pay your bills and rent etc. They honour the length of the contracts they promised you.

    ConsThey care about their client and not you their workers. They will accept any nonsense from their clients at the expense of their workers safety etc

    You can start with Kelly , but not stay too long

    (IT call center) Unappreciated, underpaid, overworked.

    ProsDecent placement options in terms of the variety of companies they offer staff to, so you have good exposure to corporate technology and environments

    ConsYou're a contractor for a company twice removed so you will get paid less than $30k a year, the same job at that company would be over $50k with benefits. Benefits! Truly pathetic and it'll cost you at least $130 a month, candidates have no technical background or experience for a technical job and receive lacking training for complex work in a stressful environment - everyone ends up quitting or stops caring about their work ethic.
