A good company (a great one if you want it to be!)

Analyst (Current Employee)

I have been working at Jones Lang LaSalle full-time

ProsJones Lang LaSalle is a great company that really values development and growth, offering a wide network and multitude of paths to its employees. The options are available so you just have to own this and explore opportunities if it's important to you.

ConsThis may vary from account to account, but Jones Lang LaSalle does not appear to be a company that brings fresh ideas into the fold, and fostering a strong company culture is not high on its list of priorities. This is unfortunate; valuable face time and learning/growth opportunities are lost given how much we have to collaborate across different teams.

Overall satisfied

Account Director (Current Employee)

I have been working at Jones Lang LaSalle full-time for more than 8 years

ProsPeople driven firm that values their one true asset. You have the flexibility to drive your career.

ConsNo real line of sight for career path; you have to create it entirely on your own which may or may not be a bad thing.

Advice to Senior ManagementFix the Corporate Solutions HR machine. There is a large frustration with the inconsistent support it provides from business line to business line and account to account.

Worked like dogs everyday, promised work/life balance and then ask you to do tons of unpaid OT work for free....

Facilities Coordinator (Current Employee)
Singapore (Singapore)

I have been working at Jones Lang LaSalle full-time for less than a year

ProsLot's of travelling around, a wide variety of work.

ConsManager is always asking to OT for free and work full days even saturdays and sundays. Executives and technicians have to clean toilet and clear rubbish. Daily work is chasing documents and getting chased for documents, or play passing-the-ball see who gets the ball have to do the work.

Advice to Senior ManagementNothing just concerned about money and promotion, manager openly badmouthed client to the contractors in front of presence of me despite it being company policy.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
