    Pros

    This company really tries to stand by their values. They go above and beyond to treat employees well and there are lots of perks that come with the job. The employees are all very motivated, they truly seem like they love what they do.

    Cons

    There seems to be a lack of opportunity for candidates who are not related to an existing employee.

    Give people chances to prove their skills, don't rely on their associations.

    Pros

    Obviously the flight benefits, as well as 401k, PTO, and stock share benefits. It's unbelievable what an amazing and progressive company they've built in under 15 years.

    Cons

    They provide oppurtunities to grow within the company such as taking over new job titles, but if your not interested in that and like your position you can't expect to ever make a lot of money. They have a top-out as well.

    Pros

    JetBlue is a great company. They are always informing their employees about what's going on in the company and the industry. They give you a small bonus if all goals are met. As a company they are remarkable.

    Cons

    San Francisco is a unique station. Leadership does not really manage. They play favorites. If you get in with them you can get away with anything. Some employees take long breaks. Some employees do nothing and others do all the work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Manage and don't be afraid of Micro managing. Be fair to all and do not let your ego or mood decide how you treat employees. Be open to suggestions. Get rid of favoritism... everyone knows. Find ways to bring up morale.

    Pros

    The people you work with there are the best, the Airport operations crew is AWESOME. The GO crew is awesome as well the bonds that are made between the crew members makes the shifts and days worth every moment.

    Cons

    The 90 day Probation period is difficult if you have other obligations and get stuck with a morning shift, also the fact that part time doesn't have health benefits and the only difference between full and part time is an hour and a half.

    Best service around! Free Fly-Fi, streaming TV and Sirius. No other airline offers this kind of service.

    Some major US cities aren't serviceable

    Pros

    Travel benefits were fantastic. Most of the people I worked with were what made the job so great. The pay was decent, and stock option and retirement fund were top notch. Health insurance was really good too!

    Cons

    Managers tended to move around alot, and with a lot of employees, you could get lost in the shuffle. The hours could also be really long - especially for flight crews, who could be required to be "at work" for up to 18 hours at a time (didn't happen often). Of course, weather delays were the worst part!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Require management to stay in place for a certain amount of time. And give managers fewer employees to keep track of.

    Great leadership team. Always focused on doing the right thing. Not your typical airline culture.....I would recommend JetBlue to anyone looking for an exciting opportunity.

    Cons

    As the company grows there are a lot of people moving on which is starting to show an impact. Values are there but new leaders are not as engaged.
