Prosknowing you have helped someone reach their goals , great team to work with, lots of training and dialogue.

ConsPay can be some what inconsistant due to commission, being an american company canada can get left out of the loop for buinsess growth.

ProsIf you work hard the paycheques are great.

ConsGetting time off is like pulling teeth, company does not care about employees, movement upwards within the company is difficult after a certain point, the position is incredibly high stress expect to work way more than the 38.5 hours a week you're told you'll be working. Everything is scripted. Management has no idea what they are doing. High staff turnover.

Advice to Senior ManagementIf you want to keep staff around who are good at their job, treat them with more respect and don't burn them out in the first 3 years.

ConsManagement turns a blind eye to all the things going wrong in their centres. Very outdated training and policy's. You are treated like a toddler. Hours and splits are horrible, you are worked like s lave for pennies.

ProsSupporting clients with their health and fitness goals. Consultants do a great job of running the centre without supervision.

ConsManagement has done a great job of creating a hostile and abusive work environment. Isn't it supposed to be about helping the client? Instead employees' time is spent listening to management's dysfunctional private life and then being disciplined for not completing paperwork. Also, there's not much support for the male clients. Compensation is low.

Advice to Senior ManagementWait, isn't this why you're paid the big bucks?
