    Pros

There is no dearth of jobs @ intel. if you are hard working and know what you want to do, there are enough opportunities to make it happen. Intel is flexible so you can achieve better work life balance. Intel is trying hard to get quicker in its turn around time on products so if it continues to steer in the right direction its going to come out flying colors in the years to come.

    Cons

Intel is trying to get lean because of which it is laying off some very good engineers who are not a part of the primary site. There are some internal site politics also which doesnt allow this company to make right decisions quickly.

    Advice to Management

Site strategy is good but dont land up loosing the cream of your company to apple, qualcomm and other competitors like you have recently.
