    Pros

This is 1 of the best company! I really enjoyed working in this company, they allow and support their employees to grow... They provided a lot of trainings to ensure that you excel in your job. I got a lot of opportunities and I was able to move from 1 position to another. They have a great benefits as well. I was with Intel for almost 10yrs.

    Cons

Overall benefits (health card, bonuses, stocks and etc.) are great and they provide flexibility with working hours, but base salary not good compare to others.

I have been working at Intel Corporation full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Great Place To Work. That's their tagline and it really is. Lots of extras, depending on which site you're at. Company services (fix the burned out light, help with computer issues, etc.) are extremely well managed and organized. Benefits are first rate.

    Cons

My manager wasn't too helpful in bringing me into the already existing group. I joined Intel as part of a massive IP purchase where I wasn't really involved in the relevant IP, leaving me with no useful function in the new organization.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide some flexibility in IP purchase agreements; I had absolutely no recourse after the agreement was signed, even though all agreed I should not have been transitioned to Intel.

    Pros

This is a very competitive firm, likes to win. Comp is ok. People are very talented. you will work with the best in your field. Workplace facilities are improving and plenty of opptys to work in different parts of the company

    Cons

Not really a lot of cons. It's a big company, and just depending on where you are, sometimes decisions can be slow. Normal for any big company. Intel is relatively agile.

I worked at Intel Corporation as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

We got to work on the actual projects that will be shipped. Had a buddy and a mentor assigned to me that were extremely helpful. Open door policy: you can go to anyone's cubicle or talk to anyone in the company and they will help you out. Lots of opportunities to learn and develop your skills further. Lots of free giveaways and plenty of activities and things to do outside of work

    Cons

Sometimes the work is a little boring but if it all depends on the job you get
