    Pros

    Good work life balance, good pay, great benefits, Free items in cafeteria. Intel tries and has teams to make Intel a great place to work. It is still a job though. Some groups are better than others so find a good organization. The manager helps work your development plan with you.

    Cons

    I didn't get a promotion in 14 years. Make sure and job change within the company - I think that is where I went wrong. I would have liked to see more job advancement.
