Intel is a great place to work for. I left Intel China because I chose to immigrate to Canada

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Toronto, ON

ProsRewarding of high performer. Constant good player in the market place in terms of revenue and profits. And a solid leader in technology sector.

Conspart of the projects would be cancelled, for example, recent projects in Digital Home Group were not that successful. Also, it's better to have chance working at Intel US site.

Advice to Senior ManagementIf the project is not so promising for future success, I hope management can find the issues earlier and excute the solutions more promptly.

    Good first job

    Circuit Design Engineer (Former Employee)

ProsGood place to learn tools and methodology as a first job. I was able to learn many different aspects of the ASIC flow, as a fresh grad.

ConsWork life balance is not that great. Employees spend a lot of time in the office, but this does not make them more productive.

Advice to Senior ManagementTry to improve work life balance, as it makes employees less efficient and productive. Also try to allow more flexibility for employees to learn different responsibilities.
