Former Employee – worked at Intel Corporation
Pros – Rewarding of high performer. Constant good player in the market place in terms of revenue and profits. And a solid leader in technology sector.
Cons – part of the projects would be cancelled, for example, recent projects in Digital Home Group were not that successful. Also, it's better to have chance working at Intel US site.
Advice to Senior Management – If the project is not so promising for future success, I hope management can find the issues earlier and excute the solutions more promptly.

Former Employee – worked at Intel Corporation
Pros – Good place to learn tools and methodology as a first job. I was able to learn many different aspects of the ASIC flow, as a fresh grad.
Cons – Work life balance is not that great. Employees spend a lot of time in the office, but this does not make them more productive.
Advice to Senior Management – Try to improve work life balance, as it makes employees less efficient and productive. Also try to allow more flexibility for employees to learn different responsibilities.

Current Employee – been working at Intel Corporation
Pros – Great pay and bonuses. They paid for health insurance for me for the summer. They really tried to take care of their employees.
Cons – Interns and even full-time employess didn't have a permanent place to work. "Mobile" stations were located throughout the building and it was on a first come, first served basis daily with where you worked. More free food perks would've been nice, but I guess that's why they give us a paycheck.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
