I have been working at Intel Corporation full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Flexible, task-oriented, advancement available, good pay, good co-workers, not strict on dress code/piercing/tattoo policy.

    Cons

Very busy and sometimes tasks you just spent months on get canceled. Intel changes with the market and priorities can change very quickly. So always expect be doing something new or filling a gap.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have been working at Intel Corporation as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Great benefits at Intel Folsom. Engineers are pretty helpful and understanding. Nice laid back work environment.

Your internship experience here is what you make it. If you want to network a lot, you have that opportunity to do so. There are a decent amount of intern events in the summer that are pretty fun too.

    Cons

Honestly, from my perspective I don't really have any cons. I have heard of some interns not have much work to do, but many companies struggle with keeping interns busy.

I have been working at Intel Corporation full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Tries to value employees. Lot of smart people working.

    Cons

Groups spread out all over the works. Sometimes getting work done is a real challenge

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

People working on a project should be co-located and not spread all around the world. MCG is terrible for this

I worked at Intel Corporation as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

I was apart of an internship program and my experience was okay. They a corporate culture that I am not fond of, but really good benefits.

    Cons

I found that blue badge employees were aggressive towards green badges... I thought it was uncalled for. I also disagreed with how peer reviews worked. On a couple of projects we had more than half our team that took credit for most of the work, putting those of us who contributed greatly in a situation in which we had to justify what we had worked on.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change the way peer reviews are done.
