Pros – Tough problems that need solving based on engineering, lots of room to grow within company. Great benefits included of all, even non-union
Cons – Having to deal with union workers every day was pretty abysmal. Lots of hours and lots of expected Over time

Former Employee – worked at InBev
Pros – Very strong culture of ownership and great top management, which is easily accessible unlike in the other vast organizations. Plus, they produce beer!
Cons – remote office locations, stuck with only one product, sharing of the rooms during the business trips, long working hours, and not many much more.
Advice to Senior Management – just keep on doing what are doing the best and work more on Branding because it will be the key in future

Current Employee – been working at InBev
Pros – Compensation is second to none and long term incentives are extremely good. You'll get rich at this company if you stay for 10 years.
Cons – Very tough culture. No work-life balance. Long hours. Sacrifice long term gains for short term benefits. Tough to manage with 6 P&L's and no global power.
Advice to Senior Management – Better understand the US corporate culture in order to make it successful. Be more willing to focus on long-term benefits rather then short term wins.

Former Employee – worked at InBev
Pros – Fast changing environment, new and more demanding challenges on a regular basis - you really need to keep up with the pace or you just wont cope and either leave or "be restructured"
Great financial rewards (I was at Director level when we were maxing out on results)
Great development opportunities - not in a formalised way but "on the job" / "sink or swim" stuff which I appreciate isn't for everyone.
Cons – Unless you have the right boss, work / life balance can be a joke.
Development can be to other roles that are outside of your comfort zone which can obvioulsy be a good thing but sometimes the leap is too far;
Advice to Senior Management – Keep driving the share price.
Provide more opportunities to non-Brazilians
Change the formula for Bud in Europe - it is cr;p

Cons – Job stability, there have been many mergers and takeovers in the past 10 years and it leaves people feeling uneasy

Former Employee – worked at InBev
Pros – Great industry, lots of fun at times. Very focused senior team that is willing to stick with the plan. Tons of learning opportunities to take advantage of. Results driven - can also be a "con".
Cons – Sometimes, those in charge would decide on the fly without all the facts. Very fast paced and that kind of environment is not for everyone. No recognition if you are not one of the chosen ones or if you are not Brazilian.
Advice to Senior Management – Don't be so ready to toss out solid performers. Not everyone will be a VP. Additionally, take care of the people.

Current Employee – been working at InBev
Pros – Bargaining unit gives you time to brace yourself for a up coming rough ride in contract negotiation; this i am thankful for. Good expeirence with technical skills. supervisors are good to work with for most part, upper managment is different story. Kind of like the government, they are so dissconnected from the people they are supposed to support.
Cons – learn how company hierarchy works. Learn how managment promotions are givin to those who lack expierence. Be prepaired to learn on your own; managment doesnt even know there own job because they are moved around so much; cant blame them, they are in the same boat.
Advice to Senior Management – why advise, you already know everything.....right?
