    Opportunity for challenging work and recognition were demonstrated during my time. Very conscious about personal safety.

    Some times processes are slow, but that comes hand in hand with a big organization.

    Pros

    There are many challenging opportunities for new grads and young hired. Excellent pay and very good benefits. Learned a vast amount to this point

    Cons

    The company runs lean. By that I mean they have a large workload relative to the amount of people on site. This tends to result in certain work being completed which should be. Also tends to hinder work/life balance at times

    Pros

    The people and the processes of how they do business. Worked primarily with an Exxon-Mobil team, where they have a edge with their project management experience and process. Great Pay and benefits.

    Cons

    Navigating IT issues and getting things done takes time. This is to be expected of such a large organization. Perf. rankings are a forced distribution which can be annoying.

    Cons

    Horrible policies - If you're an international student in Canada and about to graduate, please don't bother applying here. They are not aware of any policies regarding post graduate work permit and stuff. You will get rejected straight away..

    - Incredible amount of responsibility right from day 1
    - Great resources to help you progress through projects (specialists, literature etc)
    - Very good pay and benefits
    - Opportunity to grow

    Cons

    - Red tape - useless things take way too long
    - Bland working environment - lack of culture and excitement
    - Being a "good employee" is mainly correlated to how many hours you put in
