Current Employee – been working at Imagination Technologies full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Surrounded by some fantastic engineers.
Develop leading technology across multiple fields so numerous interesting projects to be part of / learn about.
Growing very rapidly so opportunities for career development as teams have to scale.
Very exciting times as the company becomes more well known and talked about.
Invests heavily in its employees so its not a company people want to leave.
Cons – As above, the company is growing very rapidly and its difficult to get the people the company needs. This affects employees but is also not necessarily something the company do a great deal about.
Office space is a little problematic at times, but this will be resolved as numerous new buildings are under construction.
Advice to Senior Management – The company is doing a lot of interesting things, make sure that all employees are aware of them since, like the company meeting, they inspire and motivate people a lot.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros – Small, flexible and high Tech! Our industry, background screening is very young which means it is growing very fast! People are laid back but work really hard!
Cons – Need one more bath room to share. I't stays busy all the time! Owner is brillant, but he takes on too much of the adminstration side of the business. He has no life which is sad.

Pros – The culture is an open one where you're encouraged to work closely with any engineer in any department in any team at any time, to get the right expertise and input into your work so you can do a great job. Nobody is off limits, including the CEO and architecture team, and we work on some of the most exciting and popular consumer electronics on the market, so the satisfaction in seeing people enjoy your work is everywhere.
Cons – There are some growing pains as the company adds staff quickly, and the existing buildings are becoming cramped.
Advice to Senior Management – Make sure the engineers lower in the company know that you appreciate their hard work.

Current Employee – been working at Imagination Technologies
Pros – It is amazing to be involved with technologies that are leading the industry and having a customer base that reads like a who's who of the best technology companies around the globe. The working environment is very positive due to people's genuine enthusiasm for the work we are doing and the fact that all are confident about the company's near and long term potential.
Cons – The learning curves can be quite steep. Many employees have been here for a very long time, so new people can find it harder to integrate and be included.
Advice to Senior Management – Fantastic dedication among senior leaders and staff, try to build better communication channels.

Former Employee – worked at Imagination Technologies
Pros – Market leading technologies in several different fields
Patient organisation - this is not a place where people get fired
Great experience builder for young or inexperienced
Engineering heaven - you'll be surrounded by amazing brain power in various fields
Cons – Salaries completely out of tune with market - leaving IMG will make your salary jump substantially
Senior management is here to stay - so there is a strong glass ceiling to promotions
Literally everybody is an engineer - makes for very one-sided thinking
This is Hossein Yassaie's company - every single decision is made by him
Management often treats employees as dummies
Advice to Senior Management – Don't underestimate employees - people are often a lot smarter than you think, and can easily see through management litany and smoke screens. You would be amazed what people can produce and contribute, if you only put a little faith in their ability. Salary levels desperately need adjustment.
