I worked at Honeywell as an intern (more than an year)

    Pros

The office I worked in gave me a lot of responsibility as an intern, got to do a lot of development and work with the engineers on their projects. Became a part of the development team, went to meetings, and presented my work to executives.

    Cons

The upper management is not very in tune with the the individual offices, the employees are often overworked and the offices are understaffed. The pay was stingy.
