Pros – One of the best reasons why working in the home office is best for me because you don't have to spend any money in the fare, gasoline, food and deal with the traffic jam vehicles outside. You save a lot of money in doing this.

Cons – Some that make you down sometimes is that you need to go out sometimes for your basic needs for you to choose what you want to buy but you can't make it because you doesn't have enough money to spend for.

Advice to Senior Management – Some advices is that they should provide a salary with a home office job so that they can also move and improve their selves in working the environment. Or else no one will work with them anymore.
