ProsPeople: caring people, hard workers, taking care of each other. Company used to celebrate so much more with the employees at holidays, but that has fallen off.

ConsNeed logistics leadership. Can't hire someone who says they know what they are doing, need a strategic thinker with innovation as a key part of their mindset. No strategy, just get it shipped no matter what! Learn how to manage inventory

Advice to Senior ManagementBring in a VP that is innovative to take on logistics. The problem is not the product, it's getting that product to the customer. Also, get back to your classic holiday parties, that's one of your biggest perks!!!
