Excellennt projects and challenges.
Every day, there is a learning.

Cons – Sometimes delaying in a critical tasks because of non understanding from management (take time to understand the importance of the projects or to have an emergency budget, etc)

Advice to Senior Management – be in listen mode to employers

Pros – Gildan offers great Insurance Benefits and love the fact that we rarely work weekends and no holidays.

Cons – having to stand on concrete for 8 hours a day

Pros – There is a lot of training
Coworkers are great persons
Salaries are a bit higher than average for the country

Cons – Upper management get crazy when something goes a bit stray
Big guys still react as if the company is a small one, when anything could destroy it, but when you get bigger, law of averages take over
