    Pros

    Good hours and nice people

    Cons

Always busy and never recognized for work done.

    Advice to Management

Take a little more time to notice what your employees are actually getting done, not just what you need to do to impress your corporate bosses.

    Pros

I love interacting with the customers and after you are there a year you get one week paid vacation and a paid personal day. Raises go by how many hours you work and I like it went up $1.50 raise less than 2 years and every week getting paid is nice with chances to win gift cards like for employee of the month, extra mile for customers, or winning a united way raffle. The benefits are decent too.

    Cons

Lazy team members and don't get a lot of hours off the back and hard to get full time unless management almost.

    Pros

The flexibility is great. They understand that schedules changes and work with you to get the hours you need/want.
The people. The coworkers are incredible. I have created life long friends from this job. My managers have been amazing as well.

    Cons

Understaffing is a big issue. We are never given the staffing needed to operate properly. As a front end coordinator, I feel that I am pulled in many ways and can't do it all. I want to be the best but it can be impossible with the staffing I am given.

    Advice to Management

This is for upper management. I would say look at what your employees do on a day to day basis and appreciate it. If we are understaffed, we aren't going to be happy.

    Pros

Friendly coworkers and management. Customers are usually pleasant. Discount on their brand of groceries, breaks every 2 hours, 401 and health benefits even for PT. Willing to cross train you in other departments to get your hours in.

    Cons

Not for you if cannot handle being bored. If you have to be busy to be happy, try deli or cashiering.

    Advice to Management

Only suggestion is to realize you are hiring people for minimum wage jobs so handing them a brochure for work shoes where the prices start at 8 hours of pay to purchase a pair is ridiculous.
