Cons – It's a big company that comes with big company policies and procedures. You are a number and one of many. Not any diffierent than any other large company that I have worked for.

Cons – Heavy patient load. Poor scheduling of aides, especially on weekends.

Pros – I worked for Genesis in the business office for two years. I subbed at many different locations in my region. It was a fine atmosphere to work in although healthcare can be challenging.

Cons – During my time at Genesis I saw many employees come and go. It was somewhat daunting to have to meet new staff but thats how it goes in 247/365 work spaces.

Cons – revolving staff including managers, PRN staffing pulled in and fulltime employees expected to travel to out of town facilities, little staff appreciation, expected and frequent travel required
