“Not very flexible strategies but excellent human work relationships”
Former Employee – worked at Garde USP as a contractor for more than 8 years
Pros – Small design company with desire and vision to grow. Nice work environment. A lot of operational leeway and freedom offered for the business developer advisor role.
Cons – Limited by non flexible Japanese business culture and rigid Japanese mentality. Not very practical business decision. Procedures more important than goals.
Advice to Senior Management – Fix the cons. Introduce western top management
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
