    Pros

    Everyone was super nice, once you weren't the newbie. Liked the quick paced atmosphere.

    Cons

    You need to earn your worth. No one respects you until you prove yourself or someone gets hired below you.

    Advice to Management

    I have none they were really great.

    Great People, Customer focused, agile for such a big company

    Cons

    lack of trust of corporate office. Lower than desired scores should be owned by office as well.

    remove the fear, reason to doubt middle/upper management

    Good benefits and pay once you earn them, good managment and great co-workers

    None other than its just a job. The work isnt a dream job imo but pays the bills

    Pros

    Working with people who are positive and friendly.
    Talking with people who are also friendly and treat me like a human being.
    Meeting others who are also down-to-earth and learning a bit about their lives.
    Relatively easy job physically, mentally, and emotionally. Not very stressful.

    Cons

    Standing for a long time in a small space = very sore/tight back and neck muscles.
    Bags are frustrating. Coupons can be frustrating.
    The customers who do not treat you like a human being.

    Keep it up!

    Management is out of touch with associates, constant repackaging of same ideas to associates, constantly shifting hours

    Pros

    Great benefits, employee store discounts, double time and a half holiday pay and easy to pick up more hours in other departments.

    Cons

    Rude customers, ignorant managers and no tips.

    Advice to Management

    Don't look down to your employees, they work just as hard or harder than you. Don't be judgements to them either if you don't know where they've been.

    Pros

    Great people, stable company backed by Kroger, corporate office in Portland which is a great city, defined career track, in the buying office you have the ability to buy samples for very cheap

    Cons

    Uncompetitive compensation package and low pay, extremely strict policies with slight mishaps resulting in firings (saw this happen with a few people), technologically behind.

    Pay your people better
