    Starting off you don't get enough shifts.
    it's very competitive.
    It can become caty.
    not enough people on the floor.

    Pros

    The great part about working at Forever 21 is that the everyday job really does rely on team work. Because of this, you are able to make close relationships with your coworkers. Managers I've worked with are very understanding about personal situations and offers a break to pull yourself back together.

    Cons

    Customer tend to make a fuss over return policy. Customers are also messy when shopping and then complains about the mess. When the stress takes over the entire team, it can turn the whole day upside down. Since team work is very critical at this job, everyone has to be at the top of their game every moment. Discounts are also horrible, it's not worth working so hard for a company that gives a discount that's about the sane as your tax.

    Don't let the stress take over you. When you stress out the whole team stresses out. Keep calm, and professional. Give a smile of reassurance that the team will get through the day.

    the only thing I would say is the 10% Discount... which isnt much either
    The Job is easy to get especially if its a new store opening.
    promotions are happening all the time.

    Allow employees to move up quickly and take on additional leadership roles quickly.

    Cons

    Management acts like they are in high school, always gossiping about employees in front of other employees. They have a negative attitude when asked questions and make you feel dumb for asking. They play favorites and have no problem with anyone knowing who their favorites are. Extremely immature and condescending management team. Maybe they should let more mature people have positions of authority. Instead of coaching new employees they yell at them and embarrass them in front of peers.

    Pros

    Friendly coworkers and that's it

    Cons

    Immature, untrained managers who only care about sales target and provide new employee little to no training. Manager treat employees like busy worker bees, not people. We are thought as disposable production team. The store is completely unorganized filled with over crowded racks. Managers are pushing employees to work faster and faster with no consideration for the employee's well being. Very little pay and even if this is your first job, you can get better training, hours, managers and better experience somewhere else where you are not stressed out so badly! So many people quit after very short time. Super high turnover rate and geez I wonder why?

    Treat employees as people, not just numbers and part of money making production team.
