    Pros

    flexible shifts, fine clothing, store is pretty organized, on time lunch breaks and respect ones religious values.

    Cons

    keep hiring new staff instead of giving shifts to existing employees, the discount doesnt apply to clearance/sale items, some rude managers, and doesnt contribute to providing snacks on boxing day/black Friday.

    Train managers to retain employees.

    I have been working at Express part-time for more than a year

    Pros

    You get to dress with the utmost respect of yourself while also being able to add a touch of abstract to your wardrobe. You get to meet all kinds of people, from simple business men, all the way to a women picking out an outfit about to travel through Europe. I have had a great experience working at Express for men and women, it's taught me a lot about my people skills and how to use correct grammar. All around, it's giving me the confidence to KNOW that I am meant for sales.

    Depending on the location you're based in, the hours and pay are not worth the customers you do have to do with.

    They can work with your schedules. Co-workers and Managers are very friendly. Great for Sales Associates to start off work experience.

    Cons

    Not enough Hours and the pay will not be so great.

    I have been working at Express part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    My coworkers and managers are all extremely friendly and we are becoming one very close team of friends rather than associates. The discount is good, the pay is good for just having some extra cash on the side. I'm a college student, I couldn't live off of my current salary. My favorite part is when customers ask me for my fashion advice, it's the best feeling.

    Cons

    Not too much to complain about. When closing, the work can become tedious especially when it's a busy day and we're staying late.

    Pros

    Great training, leadership, and potential for growth! They treat their managers like family! Great base plus lots of incentives for bonuses, raises, etc. You work in a team environment and everyone has a common goal. Upper management want you to succeed and provide the tools to do so. There are always amazing discounts to the store and it's partner stores. This is a fashion forward company that you will be proud to be a part of!

    Cons

    Must be results driven and willing to work long hours. Retail can take a toll on someone but if you are committed, you will make good $$.

    Discount, creative experience, meeting new people, learning new trends, moving up within the company.

    Cons

    Minimum wage, the customer is always right (even if they don't treat you like a human being), employee benefits (taking away our rewards program), employees excluded from coupons.

    Increase wages and not as many employees will leave as often. Treat your employees as customers too (we still pay and shop at Express...
