Pros – Great money if you work hard...good benefits

Cons – the company closed down. boo hoo

Advice to Senior Management – I would hire new management. that's if the company was still around...really partners...actual managers were good or even great. I don't think people really understand HOW easy mortgages used to be. REALLY easy. It's that a lot of people got a big head on their shoulders and though since they were making over 100K that they were above other people..those other people had a problem with that and sooner or late those people complained to HR and bye bye company

Pros – Financially stable and in a good recovery industry

Cons – Horrible bosses, do not promote from within

Advice to Senior Management – Never micro-manage your employees. Listen to and hear what they have to say. Promote from within

Pros – pay was reasonable for the job

Cons – long hours during the week and weekends

Advice to Senior Management – more feedback would have been helpful
