I worked at YMCA

Pros

The kids you work with are wonderful. It is an experience of a lifetime. There is a lot of great workers around you who care for you and the job.

Cons

The pay is not very good. It is a good experience that I think all high school or college students should have but not something to make a career out of.

    Pros

Being around employees and members in a fun environment. People come to the gym to have fun, that's different than a lot of other jobs.

Management asks us to do a lot including insurance memberships, etc... and the pay is embarrassing.
