Former Employee – worked at XPIENT Solutions part-time for less than a year

Pros – There are endless amounts of resources to learn from. The Analysts that had been working there for sometime, were quick to lend a helping hand

Cons – There were not many cons that I can think of. Compared to other companies, XPIENT has less perks. Then again I was Part-Time

Advice to Senior Management – A better structured training plan with exacting benchmarks for the trainee and time periods to achieve. Having an experienced analyst to assist in training is wonderful, but without a "checklist" of details to cover and and explain, the training had spots in it. Solidifying the benchmarks during training along with the overwhelming amount of support from Analysts would make this one of the best experiences that one could expect.
