I worked at Wyndham Worldwide full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good benefits, opportunity for advancement if you kiss ass

    Cons

Impossible for the most incompetent employees to get fired. They can make problems for years with various people, but all they get is a talk. Don't ever expect management or HR to resolve an issue. They have no backbone, no interest in following up, and treat you as though you're the problem for opening your mouth. Expect to be bullied by your manager if you say you want to change departments.

I liked this company for the first few months, then I discovered the inner workings and am now disgusted by the incompetence of management and HR. If there are problems at the bottom it's because there are problems at the top. I would never recommend anyone get a job there for any reason other than benefits.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Grow a backbone, stop treating the good employees like they're a problem when they're frustrated by the bad employees. Get better at your job. Stop with the clique-ish behavior.
