ProsThere are plenty of opportunities to expand your skill set. They are very flexible and willing to work with a variety of different situations.

ConsDue to the recent financial situation of the company, raises have been few and far between. Rather then getting rewarded, or even thanked, for any extra effort in these trying times, generally you will just get more work.

Advice to Senior ManagementWhile that lack of raises and promotions in these financially stressful times is somewhat understandable, there comes a point when you need to give you employees something and quit taking away. There are a lot of employees that have stuck with this company throughout these tough times, but if the company does not do something about retaining these employees they will give up on the company too.
