I have been working at Wipro full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Many Learning opportunities, Various trainings Offered as its Oracle's diamond partner.Many certification drives etc keep happening..Liberal work culture.

Cons

Lesser remuneration ppl starting career with Wipro even if they stay for longer times. but they can pay very handsome salaries to laterals
