Pleasant, everybody on staff was friendly and professional.

Seasonal Sales Associate (Former Employee)
San Marcos, TX (US)

I worked at Williams-Sonoma part-time for less than a year

ProsGreat experience for sales and customer service, and meeting new people.

ConsSeasonal/ part-time jobs. not much room for growth. But with a college degree, who would want to grow in the retail industry anyhow?

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Great Benefits - Shoddy management

Coordinator (Former Employee)

I worked at Williams-Sonoma full-time for more than a year

Pros: Benefits were good, especially the employee discount. Get to work with food and cooking all day so… Cons: Several - Most customers that walk through the door are tire kickers. Hard to sell to these people and they end up being a waste… Advice to Senior Management: Just make sure you have the right people in the right spots and let the associates sell their way. too many rules and questions… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
