Great Company

Prepared Foods Team Member (Current Employee)
Raleigh, NC (US)

I have been working at Whole Foods Market full-time for less than a year

ProsReally and truly a great company. They put a lot into their employees as far as training.

ConsAs with any place you have bad leaders, but it seems that even they can make it up through the company.

Advice to Senior ManagementBefore promoting people talk to team members that person worked with. Just because they interview well or look good on paper doesn't mean they would be a good TL

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
