Former Employee – worked at Whirlpool full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – great products, strong Manufacturing and Technology company
Cons – weak leadership, poor vision at the top, only focused on cost reduction.... not brands and growth
Advice to Senior Management – value your people....... experience does matter
