Pros

Empowers front line customer service agents, Shows great care for employee's. Very family oriented atmosphere while maintaining business professionalism. Call center management is unmatched in the industry. Great opportunity for advancement.

Cons

Could have a better employee purchase program. Call center could focus more on recycling.

    mmm... cool appliances and adding a "big name" to your cv.

    low salaries
    very poor management
    very machist management

    I worked at Whirlpool

    Pros

    early growth...also some parts of the organization are good for global exposure. good culture. relatively less office politics.

    Cons

    front end (sales) & backend (mfg, prod dvpment) are completely different worlds. be sure of what u sign up for. leadership decision making is very slow, its easy to get frustrated. last minute planning is also another bummer, can put unnecessary pressure on u/ur team.
