Glassdoor is your free inside look at Wells Fargo reviews and ratings — including employee satisfaction and approval rating for Wells Fargo CEO John G. Stumpf. All reviews posted anonymously by Wells Fargo employees.
Pros – Good management with many years of experience. Pay, benefits, time off is average or slightly above average. Great team environment.
-100% match on 401k up to 6%
-2 days off a year to volunteer at your choice of charity.
-3 weeks vacation
Strong company with stable balance sheet.
Cons – Software is outdated and slow. If you mind working one weekend day this may be con, but with time you will get a better schedule. You will run into people that dislike Wells Fargo and have been in there position for a long time, this is due to there lack of motivation not lack of opportunity. Brokerage side of the business may be limited but the bank has many ops. Pay may not be as well though.
-The only reason I left was op to gain additional licenses, increase in pay, and gain experience in different part of the brokerage business that isn't available at Well Fargo; at least not in UT.
