Current Employee – been working at Warner Bros. full-time for more than a year

Pros – The work/life balance balance was nice. They also have a very professional atmosphere (some might like it some might not).

Cons – There were too many paper pushers. Maybe there aren't as many any more but it was just ridiculous.

Advice to Senior Management – Learn to be more tech savvy or go work somewhere else. Ultraviolet is a freakin joke. Try a little bit harder to understand who your consumers are and how they can most conveniently access your content.
