    Pros

I have had opportunities to move up and work in different stores and have worked in several different areas. Gained tons of HR experience.

    Cons

Too bad that the company has cut some benefits for new hires...no more merit raises, 90 day wait for discount card, not even time and a half on Sundays.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Would love for you to revisit pay grades.

    Pros

The working environment was dynamic, fast paced, educational and fun. Everyone shared the same passion to work there, which made the working atmosphere very positive. The company placed great importance on open door policy, so the working relationship between everyone was very positive. Also it was very important to the company to focus on continuously learning and career development for employees. Supervisor acted as a mentor to me, which made the internship experience very educational and rewarding. Also great emphasis on work/life balance.

    Cons

Personally the internship experience was too short since I was unable to see the project my worked on to finish. Didn't have too much interaction with other HR teams, or other departments.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Great work, it was an unforgettable experience.
