I have been working at Walgreens full-time for less than a year

    Pros

If you have nothing else going for you, it'll have to do.

    Cons

Minimum wage, no set shift or hours, working holidays

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Employees are not robots. They are real people with real lives and real families. Treat them with some respect. We are forced to work holidays and those shifts are long. Also, make an attempt at a set schedule. When you're paying only minimum wage, your employees need to find second jobs but can't because their schedule doesn't allow it.

I have been working at Walgreens full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

there are none about this company

    Cons

they are cutting most of the assistant managers salaries. walgreens is taking away anyware from $5.00 to $9.00 a hour. per year anyware from $10.000 to $15.000 dollars a year.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

when mr. walgreens the 1 st - 2 nd and 3 rd were in charge they took care of there people now greg wasson and mark wagner are in charge of the company and all they seem to care about is how big there bonuses are and there salaries are bigger each year. nobody will help us little people. corporate greed is killing the little people.
