    Pros

You have a big discount on your cell phone bill. If you are a tech, there are a bunch of opportunities to study. It's a hands on training job.

    Cons

They treat you as you are worthless. You are only notice when things go wrong. When everything runs fine, you're just there consuming their profit.
There is no organization at all on this company. Anyone do things his own way, there are no procedures, no rules, everything is urgent, there is no planing at all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't promote people just because they polish your apples. Plan and let people know what you want, give then a direction, don't let them run without a north.

I worked at Vivo (Brazil) full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

As the leading company in the market, it has a lot of resources to invest in marketing and in technology, so it's a great place to learn from. There you'll work with different iniatives and tools, such as vast market research, strong BI and diverse media plans.

    Cons

Since the company was bought by Telefonica, the corporate culture has been changing and the company is less autonomous. Many decisions depend on global alignment which takes time and not necessarily is the best for the local market.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
