I have been working at Vascular Solutions
Pros – Flexible hours - just get your work done
Comradery among co-workers
Cons – High expectation, little to no rewards
Lack of direction
Little to no mentoring, figure it out on your own.
Advice to Senior Management – Develop your employees, recongnize your employees, many here work hard with little or no recongnition and that is why turnover is greater than 25 percent in any given department annually
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
