I worked at Value City Furniture full-time

    Pros

Friendly co works, pay was about industry standard with good benefits

    Cons

Management would change directions so often, you didn't know if you were coming or going. If you like to redo your work (sometimes 2 to 3 times a day) then this is the place for you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When making changes stick with them, or communication better between upper level and store level management. To many wasted hours of rework to please upper management.
