I have been working at VMware full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

None really. Campus looks good is perhaps the only PRO

    Cons

Too many managers especially in CPD Palo Alto. Some managers have 2 or 3 employees. Consider CPD view team that has had historically few employees per manager. Same is also true for vCloud team. Some managers have absolutely no technical skill.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consolidate the managers who have too few employees. Also CPD is really not core team and they dont produce much. Eliminate customer support in Palo Alto as it does not have much ROI.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
