“Great Employer”
Former Employee – worked at University of Pennsylvania full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Great benefits. Nice community. Lots of opportunities for career advancement. Salary increases as your advance in your career.
Cons – Low salary, since it is non profit, academic research, government grant funding. A lot of responsibilities for low wages.
Advice to Senior Management – Try to compensate better
