University of Pennsylvania Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at University of Pennsylvania full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Stimulating environment, knowledgeable people, try to improve experience of patients and medical students (i work in Medical school), top-of-the-line expertise, fosters collaboration

Cons – Older colleagues may be stuck on certain ways, relatively slow to adapt to new ideas, bureaucracy like in most big institutions

Advice to Senior Management – be more flexible, get feedback from people under you and REALLY use it (not just to fill the paper)
