Pros

Great boss, flexible hours, good pay, what more can you ask for?

Cons

You have to travel very far to get your time sheet signed and approved - an annoying process but totally worth it because of the pros!

  1. Very positive working environment

    Pros

You get to work at a place where your colleagues celebrate innovative thinking. The workforce is highly motivated. It is a relaxed environment yet everybody works really hard and is open to sharing ideas with each other.

    Cons

The financial compensation is slightly below market rates. It is a government funded institution, so pay would depend on current market conditions. Apart from these, I can not think of anything else.

    Advice to Management

    You guys are great.

    Pros

Working at school is great: no travel, friendly faces, and so much more.
I love working the front desk and talking to all the visitors that come in and are curious about the school.

    Cons

Subbing out shifts and tours can be a bit of a hassle. We put in our weekly availability but student schedules are subject to change at the last minute and not everyone can always take a shift for us. Come spring time, our tours are often 60-70 people.
