“Dissappointing”
I worked at UnitedHealth Group full-time for more than a year
Pros – They really have the right outlook on where the company wants to go
Cons – They dont listen close enough to the people who really work with the customers & providers on ways to improve. You can try tgo inform someone of ways that you think would help to benefit the company & you are told....Oh well thats the way it is & isnt gonna change.
Advice to Senior Management – Dont just Hear your employees....LISTEN to your employees
