Former Employee – worked at Ulta full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – Fast growing company. No 100% direct competitor. Competitive salaries and benefits. Constantly achieving new benchmarks. Room for improvement creates an atmosphere of opportunity for associates to make their name.

Cons – Tend to "put the cart in front of the horse" when implementing projects. Implementations never seem to achieve desired results that were originally presented. Lack of cooperation between departments, which might be common at other companies.

Advice to Senior Management – Foster cooperation between departments.
