“Good place to work”
Former Employee – worked at USG full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – work life balance is good, opportunity to advance early in career is great, pay good in middle US and South, but behind scale in NE and Calif, good people to work with
Cons – lots of relocation to advance, corporate can be detached from field
Advice to Senior Management – Need to focus on streamlining all areas of organization, not just the field operations
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
